BMM Maintenance Training Program

For years, BMM has trained their maintenance technicians in-house so they are equipped with the basic knowledge on building maintenance before going out in the field. Of course, not everything can be learned in an interactive classroom, but it provides a solid foundation for those new to building maintenance.

Now, BMM is proud to offer our training program for others. If you are hiring an in-house maintenance technician or want to help your current tech gain more skills, they can go through our program. Our general maintenance training program is an in-depth, two-week training course designed to provide hands-on, practical experience for building maintenance technicians.

The training course has a small class size of two to three students led by our experienced instructors. Each student will learn and physically complete each maintenance task several times and be tested to ensure best practices are utilized and that they have proper understanding.
